Default Where do you get your carbs

I've been weight lifting on and off for years, but never tracked my food. Now I know why I didn't get good results. So far, my fat tends to be high, and my carbs low (i'm trying for a 20%/40%/40% split).

What do you eat to get good and solid carbs that don't add too much to your fat intake?

Default wheat is bad for you

it has been discovered recently that wheat containing products can spike your blood sugars faster and higher than a candy bar, not to mention the wheat glutens unhealthy affects to the digestive system, cardiovascular system, and brain

so I prefer potatoes Glycemic Index

and sweet potatoes Glycemic Index

If you are hard training bodybuilder, a diet rich in complex carbs is good. Carbs such as potatoes, whole grain breads, oatmeal, pasta and brown rice.
