are some brands better than others ??

what would you all recomend ?

If your looking for pure whey - then you may want to go with a bulk product.

If you want whey with other stuff in it , then check out some different companies.

Personally I use sportlab - 10lbs for 30$ and it's a mix of whey and casein. Mixes and tastes great.
