I marinate whole packages of chicken tenderloins in italian dressing and then grill them. I refrigerate what I don't eat right away and snack on them whenever.

Good old chicken wings, grill em on the charcoal grill with salt and pepper and some chicken powder stock ,they are not a snack, more of a meal but when on no carbs they can at least help you keep some sanity and not hurt the next fat bastard you see wolfing down a donut and a full cream latte!

Good thing I'm on a permanent bulk (or so it seems).

For snacks the past couple of weeks I've had (not at one time!):

Shrimp eggroll from the Chinese place
slice of pizza
Coupla plums
Grapes
Cheezits
Met-Rx Big 100 bar
Couple slices of pork roll
A bacon sandwich
Pint of Godiva chocolate & hearts ice cream
Chips and sour cream and onion dip
Tuna
Italian Sausage

I like basic veggies/fruits for snacks - apples and grapes, carrots and celery, those types of things.

I'm not sure this qualifies as a snack, but something to try (and maybe someone else already wrote this):

Take some fat-free cool whip and put it in a bowl. Microwave it (I do it on high for about 12-13 seconds, any more than that and it's gonna be a little grimy). Then take it out, should be nice and gooey... stir some protein powder into it and you've got some delicious pudding.

Mmm... I wanna go have some now.

This peaked my interest.

How much powder/cool whip do you use? To much powder and it would seem the cool whip wouldnt assimilate the powder and you'd be left eating powdery chocolate protein from the bottom of the bowl.

I use 1 scoop of the protein powder - I personally use ON 100% Whey GS (1scoop=30.4 g altogether), so maybe your scoop size is different, I don't know. As for cool whip, I use maybe 3 big spoonfuls. You want plenty of cool whip. It's sort of a do-it-by-eye thing though, I don't think it's really gonna be that detrimental if you have a little more or a little less.
