As far as girlfriends go... this is not like one of those "only-a-bodybuilder-could-enjoy-this" things (i.e. strawberry yogurt stirred in with tuna...). I've had my mom, dad, and two friends taste it and they all said it was absolutely outstanding. It's downright luxurious.

To be honest I don't snack hardly at all anymore as I eat small meals every two to three hours to keep my metabolism going. But like IronKitten said I'll eat some fibrous veggies or something low in calories to fill my gut.

Deli Pickles (huge spear is 5 calories), Broccoli, or zucchini are my favorites. Not very exciting huh....
