curious to know everyone's favorite type of cardio and why (easier, burns more faster) i personally prefer to be riding a bike because its easier than running in my opinion

I'm very partial to the interval training. It packs a lot into a short amount of time.

For less intese cardio, I ride my bike. Not the bike at the gym, a bike with TWO wheels! I can ride out to the ocean and down the coast and pretty much just crank it out. Or I'll hit the trails after a good rain and get good and muddy!
