Yes ive heard this before, but what few know is that in 12000 BC a man called Ivan Rod Ant Quin ( big Q to his friends) sailed form Dover to Mesopotamia. (the jet plane wasnt to reliable at the time) Big Q was passionate about bringing order to disorder. He spent the rest of his years in Mesopotamia teaching many things, from complex civil law to how deep should one squat. He was never forgotten and many years later king Carl decided to name this country after big Q. So they took each letter from his four names and as you can see, came up with Iraq:)
