*grumbling* Me too for the cardio resolution...keep it us, not get tired of it (yet again)...Work more diligently to keep on top of nutrient timing. It can be tricky when you're schedule has to be flexible...Keep pushing for gains, not get complacent.

Im hoping to get 350 on bench and then 400 on squat.

Pluss I would like to gain about 20-30 lbs of muscle so i would be around 215

I would like to just gain 20lbs of lean mass. I'm hoping over the course of a year I could surpass that.

I want to focus less on bobybuilding/weight training this year. I want make martial arts my main focus once again. And of course continue this cutter, see my original goal of 200lbs, then bulk up to 220 with 10%bf.
