Before I started powerlifting I couldnt even lift up a coke can. Few days ago I scored my personal lift, I lifted up two coke cans tied to a little stick.

what qualifies u to be a powerlifter? i would post my personal best here but i think it will be to embarresing lol

I think the basic premise would be compound movements for 1-3 reps such as bench press, deadlift, and squat. I'm thinking about it. I have a great routine outlined. I think Westside Training would be a good program also.

No desire to be a power lifter. Just want to look good but I can lift more than most but not as much as I once could. ;)
