and yes, there are a shit load of jesus freaks down here. I got nothing against them, but jesus is just alright with me. Its unbelievable down here ... a girl i work with told me "I dont drink because the bible says get high on the lord, not on alcohol"

I was dam close to asking her to show me that passage. cause to the best of my knowledge, my man JC turned water into wine.
You know hardgain, I used to be somehwhat of an anti christ person, then my cousin forced me to go to a christian retreat, after what I saw right therr, I started believing that there is a superior force. Sorry I made two posts Hey Dr.X u are the only one I have ever seen with a higher post count than me, so u are going to be the unofficial post king in few days.

dont get me wrong, i got nothing against jesus. I believe he was a great teacher, and he left behind a legacy that has help shape the modern world.

But you cant say there havent been other such teachers that have left just as powerful a message.

And i have very little tolerance for anyone who takes the bible word for word as truth, and the word of god. too much of anything is not good, radicals in any religion can be dangerous.

Dr X ... but arent wine and spirits the same thing?

j/k

understand, I dont shit on any religion. But I dislike those who are so extreme they cant see another point of view, or those who try to push thier religion on others who arent intrested. or those who are blatant hypocrites when it comes to beliefs.

just so we are all on the same page.

In our culture wine and spirits can be translated to mean the same thing but that was not the intent of the passage. I'm sure you know the difference.

O yeah and Jesus never claimed to be a teacher like so many others who you say have a message. And theres another difference. There still in the grave.

All right there fellas, I thought this was about where we lived? I'm not exactly sure what Jesus's current address is, but I live in upstate NY on the shores of Lake Ontario. It sounds nice, but believe me, it sucks! We get Summer (July and August) and Sh*t (the other months)!

I only get to enjoy it for a few months and dream the rest of the time. I'm actually thinking about selling it :( . I really don't get to drive it much anymore, especially with 3 kids.
