Great to hear! I'm sure everyone you thanked in the opening of the thread has also come a long way as well.. I know I certainly have changed A LOT of my views on subjects from one year ago until now..

I suppose I'll add in on the mushy stuff.

Being that I'm pretty much the only chick on here (even though I've been MIA for a little while), y'all have been pretty darn cool to me.

All too often I deal with men that feel the need to 'puff up,' around women, whether it be in the gym or in other areas of life. And You guys haven't done that with me. It's pretty damn cool. Thanks, guys

No doubt about it, this is a very special community right here. I gotta thank everyone as well, no matter how many injuries, or rough times roll through, you all are always ready with kind words and motivation, and new thoughts and ideas.

Here's to the bb.net crew, lets keep the trend going, good people, and even better bodies. (atleast mine will be once this diet shit is figured out hahahha)
