Default Because of you.......

Hey, everybody, I'd like to thank you all for helping me in my path to become the person that I'd like to become. Big thanks to Widdoes, Darkhorse, Ross, Eric, Sleazy, Monsta, Iron Kitty, Wolf, and anyone else who has given me guidance/advice! Because of the advice I've received here, I'm becoming much stronger than I ever have been, while looking better.

I feel totally ready for tomorrow's WO (Runs into gym with hands over head, yelling, "HERE I COME, M****R F****R!!", haha)

Seriously, though, thanks A LOT!!
-John

The guys on here are awesome. If it wasnt for these guys I would still be 140lbs training for pumps.

Follow their advice and you will go a long way.
