I competed in some competitions back in 91-93, I was in my twenties. At the time I thought I was on my way to being a Pro, as I always placed in the top three. But later talking to a real pro did I realize I just did not have the genes to become a pro BB.

After that I was disillusioned for a while and turned my back on BB. Now I've been getting back into it the last couple of years and I do it more for fun and vanity.

If I could add some more weight and compete in the light-heavyweights masters class I just may enter the LA competition next year. I just have to really focus on it!

For real, it seems as if I have to stop eating to go below 11%. Or get my fat ass to start running rather than diddling with those bikes.

Hell, I do HIIT sprinting and heavy MMA training for cardio already. I guess my other option is to stop eating because I couldn't get my calories any lower.
