Hi,

i was just wondering how to find your body fat %? :o

If that is ur pic, u have no body fat, not even much bone mass

lol, yes that is my pic lol, when i tense muscles up and try grabbing a bit of skin i can only get about 5mm, as my dad says im like skin stretched over a coat hanger lol :o . I iwll try get my hands on some of those calipers.

i think it will be the case lol im going to get some calipersjust to see what i am at :o , just got to work out a diet. Dowhat do you guys do if u just dont feel hungry enough to finish a meal off?

One of two things...finish it anyway or save it for a little while later and finish it when you get your second wind of eating. Your metabolism is super fast so you are going to have to learn to eat, eat and eat some more. It might be hard at first, but you will get the hang of it. Just don't eat junk food or empty calorie items and you should be able to keep your BF% low while gaining mass although I doubt you will ever have to worry about your BF.

I wouldn't put too much faith in home calipers, especially the electronic ones. If you really want to get a good measurement than go to the doctors or gym and ask to get tested with their equipment. Honestly, I think even when your bulking you won't have anything to worry about because your so lean. Unfortunately, I have never had that problem
