I was really sick last Friday and attempted at working out yesterday, holy shit balls I thought I was going to die, I couldn't lift anywhere near what I could a week ago, it was ridiculous, anyone else ever experience anything like that?

happens to me everytime i get sick man... its sorta how i asses how sick i am.... if my lifts are really impared then i know i need to rest for a few days cuz it will probably get worse before it gets any better
plus when your that sick your body is too busy fighting off viruses to recover from workouts
its normal as IW said. It happened with everyone who got sick. Infact even if you are healty but cant workout for some days you'll feel the same thing just call it a day and don't worry your diet will fix it up in couple of days you'll be back to where ever you were before. GOD BLESS YOU
