Universal Animal products have the best ads like that. I dont read any mags anymore, but I got a free flex with my last BN order. I see those adds are still running. good motivational stuff when you feel like you just have nothing left.

When I was in detention today my buddie gave me a magazine to read. I'm sure no one saw this but in FMH (I think thats right) Magazine they had a big article on Jay Cutler. They interviewed him about his way of life. It was very intresting, he talked about how he became what he is today and the hardships and daily routines he does everyday to remain the same. It really showed the routines, development, and determination that a bodybuilder needs to reach his/her goals. If anyone has a chance pick up the latest copy of it and read the article. It showed that lifting weights can not only be a hobbie but a way of life.

I have read interviews with cutler before. The last one i saw was in Maxim I think. he talked about his multi-million dollar mansion, that is only one floor. he had it built that way because he has a hard time walking up steps w/o getting winded.

I'm all for body building, but anything to that extreme is just bad for you.
