I thought this would be a good subject telling how working out has impacted your life.I will start Ive been doing this for 30 yrs.I started while in the Army Iwanted in Special Forces and I was a little too small for my height so I started lifting never thinking that 30yrs later and going from 160 pounds to my current 340 pounds I would still be doing it.But it has made me a better person more confident and at the age Iam now in better shape than some men half my age.its been a long haul but a good one .Now its your turn.
I haven't been at it nearly as long as you (probably about 5 years semi seriously now) but I started because I just wanted to be healthier, look good, feel good, etc ... but then I got addicted to getting stronger and it's been one of my passions ever since. I still have a long way to go but if it can be done for 30 years then I guess I have a while to get there. lol
It's definitely affected my life positively. I used to be the scrawny/lanky guy. Now I'm finally filling out for my height. It also really shows up now that I'm out of university because a lot of people stop trying after university and I feel like I just keep getting better.
I used to be a lazy guy, woke up early and was always lazy to go somewhere and do anything, after I started body building it is very different, it given me the desire to woke up early and do a little aerobic in the morning and my day is much better
