List your exspenses, the real ones, the ones you need to live. Make an excel spread sheet.

Rent
electric
car payment
gym membership
ect

subtract all that shit from your monthly earnings. Then set aside money for food/savings/supps/ect. keep a seperate bank account for savings (out of sight out of mind) and dont dip into it unless its an absolute emergency.

You can do it bro, its just like working out. Stick to a schedual, stick to a budget.

Cutting back on the little things sure does help. Like you said the water at the gas station, the energy drinks that you stopped drinking, pack a lunch for work. It will all add up in the end.

And listen to hrdgain81.

dude thats a bad road to travel down.

yeah cutting back on the little shit, and not sucumbing to beer pressure all the time. I used to think "i'll just get blasted at home, then go to the bar" but that shit doesnt help, i ended up spending twice as much cause i was already drunk, and i let the shots flow.

Dude buy your food at costco hahha seriously if you are going to a regular grocery store you are WAY overpaying IMO. Plus why all of the alchohol if your training hard you know your not getting 100% back from your training if your drinking regularly which is anther great reason to cut down on alchohol consumption
