Bodybuilding.com is a bunch of 15 year old kids that think their shit hot. Every other site I frequent consistently refers to this. Laughable. I do DC training, where the guy there is over 300 pounds and has been in the game for over 20 + years. He trains a few IFBB pro's as of right now so he obviously knows what's what. He started a post over there about Rest/Pausing and those kids said he was stupid. Half of them when I looked up their profiles and past posts stated their max bench is 225 or they're 15 years old and have been lifting seriously for 4 years and shit like that. If you are a mod over there, don't start bringing that shit over here! I know my shit and don't need 15 year old's saying my lifting is F'd up or my diet is all wrong. Let me re-iterate, that site sucks and everyone here can only hope and pray none of them gets wind of this. Matter of fact, the last thing I read over there was with this kid who says that he put on 12 pounds in a week!!!! He layed out his own creation: "His Warrior's Diet". Everyone there worshipped him for his "gains", but little did all those kids know that half of his weight was sitting in his intestines and the other half was bloat :(

WarriorTT, I know you would like to help make this site grow, but it'll do just fine on it's own. Quality not quantity is what we want. I was among the first here, and I can remember when it had maybe 40 members. Take a look at how many now.
