Ya, I love breakfast too but I also love the booze the night before so I tend not to get up that early on my carbup day. What I really want on my carbup days are calzones, this one place down here makes a mean that makes my mouth water. I am going to try eating one during this next carbup and see if having a dirty carbup (Fat and Carbs for one big meal) will really make that big of a difference. I know your not supposed to, but I have read from others who chow down on pizza that it doesn't seem to make that big of a difference to specific people.

Specific people being the key words..While I can get away with it I know plenty of others who cant...I say give it a try,even for just 1 meal it should'nt hamper results...

carb-ups = sanity for me

its funny i look forward to it all week. I get my ass up early (11am, early for a saterday) and hit the gym hard. then I eat the shit out of whatever, last weeks victim was a box of lucky charms, and some of those garlic patatoe wedges, and about 2lbs of chili. and a few other things.

but by the end of the day, i'm so sick of eating, that i want nothing to do with it anymore. so i sit on the couch like a blob and let the carbs soak up and become fat. screw it, i'll be running in ketosis again by monday, so to hell with it.
