carb-ups = sanity for me
its funny i look forward to it all week. I get my ass up early (11am, early for a saterday) and hit the gym hard. then I eat the shit out of whatever, last weeks victim was a box of lucky charms, and some of those garlic patatoe wedges, and about 2lbs of chili. and a few other things.
but by the end of the day, i'm so sick of eating, that i want nothing to do with it anymore. so i sit on the couch like a blob and let the carbs soak up and become fat. screw it, i'll be running in ketosis again by monday, so to hell with it.
