Default Carb Up Saturday!

Ohh man, so its my first carb up day since starting my ckd diet this week. You have no idea how full I am right now and I still have to get down 250 grams of carbs!

Just a little list of what I have already scarfed down to make you all jealous:
Cookie Crisp Cereal
Apple Jacks
Gummy Worms
Pasta Shells + Sauce
Brown Rice
Sweet Potatoes

Life is good

Don't forget some low-fat sources of protein, too. I'm wondering if you did a depletion workout or just any workout. And if you've also tried Glucophase XR or any alpha lipoic acid to try to speed you back into ketosis quicker.

If you get back on the low-carb wagon on Monday, usually with AM cardio and GXR and/or Sesathin, Flaxseed oil, I can get back into ketosis by Tuesday.

I got the protein in too, just wasn't anything to brag about.

I did my normal Legs workout today and took your advice by taking in some grape juice before hand to kick me out of ketosis. Man that tasted good. I'm taking sesathin so I'll try to see how quick I get back into ketosis according to my ketostix. I'm interested in how fast I can get back into ketosis also so I am going to record it in my journal entry tommorow.

I'm skipping my carb-up again this weekend. I've just leaned out so much from my Oratropin-1 cycle that I'm on this low-carb roll. I'm totally conscious of eating carbs and even high fat food and even doing cardio that I may as well take advantage of it.

It doesn't happen often. Usually, it's blow off the cardio and also blow off the diet after three days. So I'll forego another carb-up and hope I don't lose too much LBM.

I don't look forward to carb up day at all. Slappin down 560 gms is not easy but I know I need to do it. Saturday is also my carb up day but by Monday I'm right back into ketosis. Still just continueing to lean out. I am now in my 8th week of CKD. Will go for 10 and then re-evaluate.
Keep at it Sleazy, you'll be looking lean and mean in no time.

You know what, the first week I really looked forward to it (when I posted this) but this week I really didn't care about it as I got use to the CKD. The only thing I enjoyed about it was the next days chest workout. Crazy pumps

You know, I take it back. I only dread most of the day. I can't wait until breakfast. I just went out with a bunch of buddies and they were freaking out on everything I was eating. Eggs aside I had pancakes, potatoes, toast. And then I'm hitting them up for there leftovers. It's amazing how filling carbs can be tho.
