Default did you guys hear about the guy who had 28 inch arms
they had a show on tlc yesterday.he trained 23 years without steroids and 7 years with steroids , but then his arms got in infected or something.the show was called (the man whose arms exploded). pretty cool huh

Yes. he was in jail for distribution. I hardly belive he was natty for 23yrs. Did he forget to mention his synthol use?

Yeah they aired it a long time ago. He was like 5'5, and he was complaining about his scar after his surgery, when in all reality he should of thought of that before he decided he wanted bigger arms then his waist. Pshhh horrible
