Ok so if one set is not enough to stimulate muscle growth then what is. I have arrived at a conclusion after reading many articles of volume vs single set. And maybe i was wrong that one set was enough to stress the muscle. So is guess ill be doing three sets per exercise with a combination of intensity principles. This way i can get results from both worlds. What are your comments on this
