I think that's because "energy drink" could mean a lot of things.

LOL. Just trying to help you get some answers!

Just looking at AMP...the first clue should be Mountain Dew. It can't be better for you than a soda when the base of it is just a soda. Plus extra carbs on top of all the high fructose corn syrup which is really bad for you if you take in too much. Besides that they just throw in a bunch of herbs, vitamins, and taurine. It may give you energy...but yeah, it's still bad for you.

Looks like the same kind of thing with the No Fear and I suspect they're all like that. Plus having more caffeine than your typical soda..which would explain that addictive effect. Trust me I know how addictive caffeine really is

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I'd stay away from those drinks. They're not only over priced but if you really start pounding the caffeine you will become dependant on it. I found that after taking those drinks, or even coffee, after an extended period of time I get really bad headaches in the morning if I don't have a coffee or something after I wake up. Plus they have tons of sugar...Basically they're bad for long term consumption...but great for a hangover

I will get headaches if I don't get my caffeine at the right time. Bad ones. And what sucks is that even when I do get the caffeine it doesn't help the headache. I will also get nauseous. I've tried to stop coffee many times but I've never been able to say off....I went up to a year and never felt like myself. People underestimate just how addictive it is.

I've been drinking coffee since I was about 4 so that's a little ridiculous though...

Funny thing is that if I drank one of those drinks I probably wouldn't feel a damn thing as far as energy wise. I need caffeine just to feel normal.
