N'sync, Backstreet boys and if in the mood New Kids on the Block!
Naw man just bustin your chops! I like to listen to Trance or some Metal when I lift. It gets the juices flowin, for the heavy lifting that's about to ensue! Corn, Rage Against the Machine or hell even some fitty-cent and I'm good to go!

My all time favorite is LEDZEP. Lately I've been listening to Nickelback and Tantric. For workouts anything heavy - Metallica, Godsmack, etc.. Today though, my wife worked out on the bike while I was lifting and took of my Metallica and put on C&C Music Factory (Everbody Dance Now). WTF!

Holy crap vetteman! Sorry to hear about that. Thank goodness she didn't put on Britney Spears. You should buy her some headphones ;) . The one thing the Mrs. knows what not to mess with is my music when I am working out.
