Def Lep is my all time favorite band. Some of their songs did suck but so does every other band.

HAHA, the drummer of our rock band I played in high school used to wear the shorts everytime we played in public like Rick Allen. My hair used to be like Joe Elliots, even though I wasn't the lead singer. We weren't a DL tribute band, but we played a hell of a lot of their songs.

Speaking of Autograph, I have "Turn Up the Radio" in my workout mix. Some of the other tunes in the mix:

Bring Tha Noize--Public Enemy, I Love It Loud--Kiss, Poundcake--Van Halen, Cigaro--System of a Down, Man or Animal--Audioslave, Three Strange Days--School of Fish, Weclome to the Jungle--G 'n' R, Block Rockin' Beats--Chemical Bros, Who Made Who--AC-DC, Monkey Wrench--Foo Fighters, Supercharger Heaven--White Zombie, Banditos--The Refreshments, Bulls on Parade--Rage Agin the Machine, Fuck Tha Police--NWA

All told, I have about 100 songs in the mix. I just put the iPod on shuffle and it's never the same twice! (gotta luv those things!)

I'm not really into Pantera, although I have a bunch of friends who are. Quiet Riot is just nostalgia for me. I don't listen to it that much. I think they are still around, playing clubs, too.

I don't know why you would want "peaceful" music to workout to. At least for me, the music gets the blood flowing and my motivation up. "Peaceful" stuff is for relaxing, or driving in the car. And I guess the BsB's are okay if you're 13 or 14...
