I dont think he is considered a super hero in the traditional sense but Jack Bauer is mine.
But in the traditional sense i would go with Batman. The orginal tv show i loved and the first 2 movies. I just cannot deal with anyone playing BM other then micheal Keaton. And that crap The Dork Knight. Sorry but blah. I watched 10 minutes and walked out. The Joker is a joke. Jack Nickelson{sorry forget how to spell his last name} was perfect and nobody can do the Joker like him.
Anyways i also like The Hulk. I hate the movies. They made him to big/animated. It some how took the humanity out of him that he had in the tv show.
Anyways, Dont mean to offend anyone if i have. These are just my opnions.
Oh and i guess i could throw in Rocky Balboa and John Jay Rambo. Imagine if Rambo and Jack Bauer got together. Can you say 2 man army? HaHa.

Talking My favorite Superhero is CHUCK NORRIS...

And, if you've heard any of the Chuck Norris Jokes... you'll be to afraid to disagree.

-Just kidding... (I love the Chuck Jokes)

Anyway, I too am torn between Spiderman and the Hulk. However, we must not neglect the ever important part of the equation that is:

GETTING LAID!!!!

Name one woman that could f_ck the Hulk.... other than Elastic-Girl from the Incredibles?

That being said... I'm going with Spiderman.

Sure... you could argue that Hulk could get some when he is Bruce Banner... but I say f' that. If I were a superhero... I would also want super-nookie.

Which reminds me of a joke:

Superman was flying around one day and noticed WonderWoman, laying butt-naked on a roof, working on her tan. Superman thought: "Shit man, I'm SUPERMAN... I can fly down there and get me some of that wonder-pussy and do it so fast that she would never know what happened." So Superman flies down and BANGBANGBANG and he's gone. Wonderwoman screams "What the hell was that?" Then the Invisible Man gets off of WonderWoman and says... "I don't know, but my ass is all fucked up."

ya they took a bunch of the chuck jokes and turned it to Jack Bauer jokes.
I know that joke. Its a clissic goodie.
I like SpiderMan also. I didnt think i would like the movies but i was suprised and i love them. Although i didnt like how the 3rd one ended. Venom shouldnt of been killed so easy.
I like the guy that played Venom in That 70s show. at first i didnt think he would pull off being Venom but he did a satisfying job.

I would most wanna be Capt America. I like the mask, the suit and he is jacked. I would partner up with with "The Thing". He strikes me as a "not afraid to puke at the gym" kinda guy. I am thinking he bends alot of bars in the squat rack.
