Default First Item on EBay

I just put my first item for sale on ebay. I'm exhausted. It's a grinding process though I'm sure it will get easier as time goes on. Since I am going to have the same items for sale over and over hopefully once I get the sale right I can just copy it as needed.

Any ebay sellers here?

PayPal. I've used it to buy stuff but tonight switched it over to receive payments.

With all the fees, and how competitive supplements are, I'm not sure if the margins are enough to make it worth it.

I think those that in the market to buy those know the weight issues. Put a typical one in a box and take it to see the shipping.

And what sort of artifacts? Hubcaps?

Do you then polish them up, etc? Turn them into huge beltbuckles and sell them at truck stops.

Are you trying to sell supplements? Personally I found it wasn't worth it on Ebay because they take a cut, then paypal takes a cut, and before long your prices aren't very attractive because you have to readjust them so your making a decent profit. Just my two cents.

Yes. I am a wholesaler for a brand that I personally use. I was noticing just what you are talking about with the fees, etc. killing any margins. That is why I just put one item up there to test all this out. The online store I have is doing ok and I'm getting the margins that make it mostly worth it but I'm thinking the eBay is not the way.

Two things. One was a supplement and the other was a traning bat. I knew the supplement wouldn't go especially since it's a specialized brand and more expensive. The bat is also a specific and usually the market doesn't search on ebay for them very often.
