Default Forced to train.

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knows the solution to my problem.I have been training for many years.Whenever my training sessions go lower than 3 times a week for a period of more than 3 weeks I get extremely depressed and edgy.It seems I can not function without weight training
.I like to have the choice to be able to stop whenever I want to or just reduce my sessions to 2 a week without becoming depressed and going out of control of my mind.
Does anyone know the way out of this forced routine?

Nautical,

Listen,
Discipline yourself to go to the gym dude. Physical exercise is awesome for mood enhancement and overall general health. Make fitness a life style, you will be happy you did.
