Additionally, now that you have your maxes for these three recorded, it's time to take the Pepsi Challenge. In one year of training from this point, record your new maxes. Your goal of course in increasing the poundage. If you have relatively the same maxes at the end of that year, then you were 'spinning your wheels' to quote Glenn Pendlay.
