tech came out...i got a shitty box. got new one....plus he threw in every channel they offer for free for the weekend.....cuz i hooked it up right...i find it hard to believe people can hook these up wrong. wow.

I'm starting to hate my alarm clock too. I have this sony cd alarm clock, i was so pumped when I got it, waking up to your favorite music is awesome. Unfortunately, now I dont wake up to music, I've gotten used to it, I wake up to the sound of the cd begining to spin.
i hate little podunk bars that book bands that are wayyyyyy too big for their capacity. i have never known a bar to sell tickets ahead of time for shows either.
so drove 90 miles to see hate eternal, and black dahlia murder...get 5 people from the front of the line...and then they put up a sign that says sold out.
and it was only like -16 outside before windchill...doors were supposed to open at 7...they opened at like 8. so standing outside in a tee shirt was neat...for an hour.
Those kinda guys are idiots. They should know that if they can't control the weight thru the entire range of motion, then they have no business lifting the weight. I can understand tryin to squeeze out those last few reps and I recognize the value of partials, but when all there doin is partials and there so weak that they cannot lower the weight back down in the negative phase of the lift and to add insult to injury drop there weights on the floor like jackasses. Then they need to be schooled.
