I never took notice of the crosswalk thing, here in NYC nobody really pays attention to them, we just play frogger while crossing the street.

Since you've never been here before, I encourage you to make the trip aleast once. It not for everyone, but IMO its something everyone should see.

I definitely want to make it out there sometime. Team U/Figure Nationals is there and I'm kinda planning to hit that show next year.

for sure, but you'll be suprised how quickly you get acclimated to the city. Just make sure if you come to visit and compete, you need to leave ample time after the show to actually enjoy some of the amazing food in this city. No sense in coming all way here, and not being able to enjoy yourself.

If I can, I'll stay for at least a week.

A buddy of mine that goes to a lot of my shows lived in NYC for quite a while and he always tells me about the food there (of course, he always waits until I'm pre-contest to tell me all about it just so he can fuck with me :biglaugh:).
