ILS is no laughing matter, it is a gateway illness and can lead to much more serious disorders like

Tommy Tough Guyism (believing ones self to be much tougher then he actually is)

Mass Delusional Psychosis (Losing the grasp on reality in such a way that you think you are much more massive then you actually are)

Hypertrophy schizophrenia (the belief that your muscles are actually talking to you, and telling you that they are growing)

Back to the hate ... I hate when people try to pass the blame. If you fucked up, stand up like a man/woman and take responsibility for your actions.
