i feel you 100 percent man. dumb ass soldier boy, bow wow running around acting tough and thinking he is the shit when he is like 5'3 and jermaine dupree was just writing his raps. and 96 percent of every rapper right now cant rap worth a shit.

none of this rap is how it used to be. rappers are phoney, they dont paint pictures no more. and they have no creativity. I HATE EM.

They do though!

All the new rap has nothing but my bitch this and my ride that and my bling and whatever. Plus, they have to say their own names like 50 times a song. Drives me nuts. I can't even keep their damn names straight anymore.

PLUS they're all ripping off the 80's beats now. They're not even original enough to come up with their own music! What the fuck?!

And I even gotta say, I love the old school Snoop, but he was the absolute lamest concert I've ever been to in my life (that was around '02). I've been to more entertaining shows when I used to go to the rodeos and see the country stars when I was a kid.

Gimmie the rock and metal now. At least they're still singing about some violent shit :biglaugh:

Alicia Keys is what R&B should be. GOOD voice, GOOD lyrics, GOOD base line. And she's hot to boot.

A good cross over band would be Linkin Park.

Leave it to the white boy to keep true to the roots of rap :biglaugh:

See, Dre's one guy that I respect as a music mogul. His 2000 album kicked ass. And him signing Eminem rocked.

Fuck yeah! Love them.

And when they paired up with the X-ecutioners for 'it's goin' down,' that was like the perfect blend of rap/rock/techno fusion.

Now I gotta dig that album out and load that on my phone and my iPod

MONSTAFACE 01-25-2008 08:05 PM

at one point in time i just new snoops career was over. when he was rappign on no limit he was the worst. the neptunes saved his career for a minute. but he is always ot high and laid back to have a good concert. but fuck that. he aint made no good album since the 90s. i cant even get at least a half a good album out of these bastards except jay z. like i said my taste may be different from yours, but that new jay album is great.

i have a few tracks with styles rappin on some hard rock beats. i wish it was a way on here i could share it with you guys. if anybody wants to try it out let me know and i will try to send it through aim if anyone wants to hear it, or if they want a couple of old tracks that are kind of rough
