Unhappy Help Please...

So after 5 months of weight training and cardio I have lost 14 inches but this month 2 inches came back, one inch on chest and 1 on waist, no happy about this I still want to shrink down before building more muscle. Is more cardio good for that? any other suggestions?

Thanks

See that is what I am not sure of ???
But I do want to get smaller, I am pretty toned right now, so I will try just cardio until I get the results I am looking for and then go back to weight training, make sense?

Did you make any changes in your diet? Diet, as you probably know, is key, along witht he training.
