Default problem areas?

What's everyones personall problem growth areas and whats your remedy? Mine is my chest and I slam it with d-bell flyes like a mad man.

My most problem area starts just above my ankles and ends at my neck.

hahaha, I would have to say my chest also...and I'm sorry for not knowing what the fuck the exercise is called but the thing where you lay on a bench and have a db in each hand and you push them towards the ceiling...whatever thats called I just started doing.

My problem is abs - they need a lot of hard training, but when it comes to abs routines i am becoming really lazy
