Default Injury

So how about today i get half the tip of my finger and nail ripped off from this metal chair. Turns out i have a fracture on the tip of my finger.

Just perfect since i was going into my PR week. Now im going to take some time off to let it heal. But i was wondering what is a smart idea for when i do hit the weights again? Probably max out and see where i stand? Seems the most sensible idea

Once your back in the gym, I would take a week and work sub-max wieghts and let your body get used to moving heavy shit around again. Then toward the end of the week, or the begining of the following week test your maxes to see where you stand.

Sounds like a plan. In reality we can all use a break. Would doing cardio everyday be a good way to keep active while keeping my diet intact as well? Good way to drop some BF im thinking.
