I think all these numbers only matter when we know how lean everybody is... of course bigger guys are going to have more padding

I don't think so, unless you're really fat or something. Most of the people in my gym have a very lean upper body, but have some chub on their guts from bulking. I'm bulking, and my upper and lower body is rock solid. I am slightly developing some spare change, not that I care.

16.5" cold using my carpenters tape measure, so I'll back it down to 16" to error on the smaller side. This measurement is surprising actually. I've been back in the gym for three months and don't really feel I've blasted the arms yet.

And what is "big" versus height? I'm 6'2" and when I see my arms in the mirror I don't think they are very large at all.

Damm, I just checked. I have been running a CKD for over 2 months. Started at 230lbs. I am now 206 @ 9% BF. The arms are 17 1/2 cold. O well, even tho there down I look bigger due to the leanness.

I was 17 1/4 the other day. 210@16%. I just started the CKD, so we'll see where I end up. I'm hoping any size I lose won't be so noticable cause I'll be ripped!
