48 y/o and just getting back into it, I use to bodybuild back in High school, and college, so if anybody has any advise, I welcome "ALL" the advise I can get, ie. diet, workout programs, the works, I need it all... Thanks, Dave

im only 16 i thought i get happier the older i got but from reading what youve all said i dont think im looking forward to it as much

Getting old isn't that bad because it's really depends on the person. For example, this is the 5th time I have turned 29 and everytime it has been fun. As long as you stay in shape, life keeps getting better.
