8th grade for me. Im not interested in getting REAL REAL buff like a real body builder but just to get in shape.

what about you

sweet i hope 1 day i have that much experience...

i started @ 16... i'll be completing 2 years come march

The thing is, when i was an 8th grader, i was a pretty skinny guy and i looked young so when i went to the gym everyone would start lookin at me like im a freak cause im so young and im liftin weights and crap but i didnt care much.

it was 16 for myself, intially i started lifting in hopes of improving my performance in football

Hi, i have been working out for over a year and a half now....i started when i was sixteen.. now i am 17 and a half.. but, u can say i have been seriously working out for about 1 year 3-4 months... as soon as i saw guys around me starting to work out with no knowledge i kinda got motivated to first get SOME knowledge and them start pumping iron [/FONT]

I started 15 right before my 16th birthday. Turned 17 last tuesday so its like 1 year now. I hope I'll stick with for years and years.
