Congrats on the good news, sounds like it would be more of a cosmetic surgery anyhow. Unless you have a secondary life as a Calvin Klein underwear model we don't know about, it doesn't sound like its necessary.

On a side note I feel your pain with the shoulder injury, I just got diagnosed with a shoulder impingement and have to do physical therapy. Not being able to lift is more painful than anything....

I'm actually a CK foot model so it wont matter ... I have really hot ankles hahahha.

Yeah, the time off from the gym is the worst, it actually depresses me a lot, and since I have cronic fatique syndrome also its hard to keep my mind right when shit like this happens. I will be hitting the stationary bike tonight though, so it should help a little.

That fucking sucks bro. At least you got your black belt promotion before this happened. The glass is always half full, especially with vicodin!

hahaha I missed that post somehow 0311, thats funny as hell. Things are getting much better now, my strength is still for shit, but the pain is almost all gone, I would just consider it uncomfortable now.

Its a mind fuck though, going from benching 6 plates to just the bar (actually i did 55lbs last night, yeaaahhhh!) but its all good, I'll be back to where I want to be in the next few months.

Update on this, just incase anyone cares:

I've been slowly working my way back up on the wieghts, and I've begun seeing a chiro again. He is doing ART on my shoulder starting today to make sure I dont have scar tissue problems, or joint issues in the future. The guy seems to know his shit, he walked me through everything step by step, so I know where I am and where I am going.

on the lifting side, he is giving me a PT training routine for the shoulder to do in addition to my regular lifts. I'm excited to see what he has for me. I also have made some decent progress recouping strength ... flat bench is up to 105 for multiple sets of 10, and standing milt press is at 95 for multi sets of 10. I'm no where near 100%, and I still dont think I can throw the right hand like i used to (none of em, not an over hand, not a reverse, not an upper cut, even jabs still hurt) but I'm hoping the chiro can help with that.
