Haha that sucks. At least she knew it was wrong and probably won't do it again. In her case it would have probably been better if she had that realization the next day.

Good lord this job is rough, going on 19hrs now, I don't think I'm going to sleep till friday night, this is insanity. 5hr energy is the only thing keeping me going ...

5 hr energy isn't bad. i found it's effects pretty similar to lo carb monster.

Bumping this thread because I'm back again!

Hope you all are doing well. Just a quick update since its been so long. I've been training on and off since I last posted, my job situation was still pretty insane up until this June when the company went under. I've been back at it regularly since then, and slowly improving.

I am currently at 236lbs, but I haven't touched a barbell or kettlebell since around early 2011 (or so). I will post up my workouts when I start a new log tomorrow. But my strength has pretty much gone to shit, compared to "what I used to do" lol.

Right now I am training for two upcoming events, martial arts camp in early September, where I may be testing for the rank of Go-Dan (5th degree bb). And the run for your life (or zombie run) obstacle style 5k in October.
