Default Bad legs

I am 39 years old and I am happy with the weight I have. The only problem I have is that If I put myself on a diet I loose weight too fast and I loose weight in the wrong places. For example I loose weight at my hips and my rear end. Now the problem is that in order to maintain my hips I need to be at 140 lbs. So the problem is that I have too much and I mean too much celulite on my thighs and I want to work them out without loosing too much weight where my hips hide and where Ive been noticed to have lost too much weight. My weight should be at 115 lbs but I don't like to be that skinny so staying at 135 Lbs gives me a more healthy look. What could or should be doing to minimize the celulite so that i am able to wear shorts this summer. : Thank you....

Are you doing cardio or any type of exercise besides just working on your diet? Your body can burn certain fat stores first before it targets others, so if it doesn't appear to be coming off evenly it may just take time and you will have to stick with it. Let us hear about your exercises (cardio/strength training) and maybe we can give some more specific advice and things that would help target certain areas.
