Cardio Machines
Whats going on everyone, I need some suggestions on a "small" cardio machine for my apartment. I will be lifting 3 times a week, and I know that If I dont get something to do cardio at home on, I wont go to the gym just to hit the tredmil or eliptical. Do any of you use a relatively small machine for cardio at home? If so let me know your suggestions, thanks

Sorry to be a jackass, but I saw that picture the other day and couldn't pass up the opportunity.
What is your budget? Have you looked at folding treadmills? I have a kick ass exercise bike that I would get rid of...it's been used for less than 5 hours. I bought it new. It's very compact & it really is a good bike... PM me if you would be interested in that.

see anything as big as a bike wont work, I dont even know if there is anything that would work in the limited space I have. perhaps the folding tredmil, but I dont want to spend more then a few hundy on it.
That pic is funny as shit btw.

That one looks cooler, but its not as compact as the other one. I am very limited with space right now, hopefully I'll be moving to a bigger place next march.

well it sounds like you live in an apartment hrdgain. if you are able to make a little noise without anyone living under you i can tell you what i used to do.
when i was younger and wanted to drop weight. i would go in my basement and and put a trashbag on (of course i put holes in it for my arms and head). i played whatever music it took to pump me up a little and i would stand in place and jog well i would incorporate a lot of jumping, high stepping, etc. i would do it until i just got tired. you are actually moving around your own bodyweight and stuff so it does get your heart rate going. you can make it as intense as you want it. it sounds dumb and you will look dumb doing it, but it works to drop some weight. just make sure you stay hydrated.
