Don't laugh. That's how I shop for barbells to see if they'll break. Good one, bad one, bad one, good one.....like that. And I like a good snap when they flex like with fly rods.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

You're really missing out if you didn't read the comments.

"This looks like some kind of mating ritual ;)"

also:

"Um, hell i do shrugs with 150 lbs or so and i got bigger traps than you. maybe cause i do shrugs, not this shit. Start from low, do proper reps. LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING IN THE COMMENT PANEL. they are saying it for a reason."

the guy responds with:

"Vlak, you're a young dude. Lots to learn. I've been in this game for more than 24 years. I know what works for a specific reason. Bodybuilding is not what I'm doing."

hahahaha that's awesome, 24 years of doing shrugs like that and not a damn thing to show for it

I feel very bad for this guy, that bench video was the worst strength performance I have ever scene, almost as bad as his military presses, and shrugs. I mean don't get me wrong he looks in decent shape, but why put videos of that shit on.

LMAO

This guy must think real highly of himself to be so stubborn as to keep on believing that all those "personal records" really count to any serious lifter. He butchered the name of Military Presses by doing partial reps. Aargh! Nothing wrong with that, they have their place in certain programs, but he's pawning it off as if he's doing the real thing.

Love the shrugs or whatever you call them.

"The bar bent from so much weight that I lost the rhythm"

I'm wondering if this guy really does know what he looks like when compared to doing the correct form.

Oh wait! No f-ing way! That's Bob the Trainer at my Gold's Gym!
