Default massages

i was just wondering if massages are good, bad, or dont really matter for building muscle. i ask because i life 5 times a day, adn my girl friend likes to give me massages, but sometimes it seems to good to be good for my muscles? im assumiumg they really dont hurt or better anything and jsut feel good, but i could be wrong. any input is appreciated.

I get deep tisue massages about twice a month. They are amazing, but they hurt. I think it would help in the recovery of the muscle.
You say you lift 5 times a day...Is that a week ?

Yeah, they're good for you. You're lucky. My ex-girlfriend gave the WORST massages...not that she liked to give them in the first place.

What's your gf's number?

Read this article. It talks about Swedish massage, but the same principle applies.

yea, i know im lucky, ive had girlfriends that dont like to give em, and suck at them, but im lucky right now. thanx for the article.
