Default A Master Swordsman's Advice For Productive Strength Training

A while ago Hrdgain recommended reading up on Musashi. It is good stuff.
Here is a translated ecopy of the book, http://www.samurai.com/5rings/
You can also purchase a copy at amazon.
There was also an article at t-nation, how it relates to strength,
Musashi On Strength - http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=720289

Reading is GOOD...

Great T-nation article. I didn't read it all, but I have it printed out to read at my leisure.

Every time i read that book it opens new doors for me. It always makes me realize something else that is lacking, or a better way to go about things. The T-nation article wasnt bad, but I got through some of it and there was biotest ZMA ... i hate articles that are actually adds, but thus is T-nation.

"To build anything quickly and maintain quality means not being disorganized with anything."

This is truth in life. I've found that when even my living space or work space is disorganized, it throws off my internal balance. it amazes me sometimes how simple things can help in training, and in life.
