Been working out since I was 19 ,just basic free weight workouts approx 30 minutes every other day since then. At 50 my life was turned upside down on the personal side so I really stepped up my worouts... for the first two years the results were fantastic (still using free weights and crunches) but over the last 8 -10 monthes I've been noticing more and more pain with my workouts.... Wrist, elboe, neck and back pain. Almost to the point that I'm tempted to back off...or see my Dr.. I started using Creatin about the time this started. I did take a few weeks off over Thanksgiving but it didn't help.
Is this just a sign of getting old or pushing too hard? Any thoughts? Thanks, Dave
I think you need to invest in a joint supplement for sure. Also, the older you get, the easier you have to take it, in reality. Try to do less strenuous workouts for your joints, and keep the weight lower with higher reps.
