Default New Job: Now What?

Well, I got a new job (blog entry on new job).

However, now my hours are gonna be screwed up. I'll be waking up at 5:45 and leaving the house @ 6:30, not returning until about 7-7:30. So when will I work out?

I figure breakfast will be either on the train at 7:30 or in the office around 9. Then lunch at 12 or 1. If I get home and get to the gym by 8, I'll work out until 9 and be home by 9:30. When's dinner? I'll have to have it on the train ride home. But then it's gonna have to be a cold meal.

I don't wanna eat when I get back from the gym, because a) it'll be 9 hours between lunch and dinner and b) I don't want to eat so close to going to bed.

Oh! What to do?

I workout late too and it's ok to eat a post workout meal late because all your doing is replacing the energy that you just used up and then some for more repairs. For example, I do MMA for about 3 hours at night, 6:30 - 10:00ish, and I down in-between that time over 800 cals. and I'm doing fine in losing weight. You're in NJ so are you now working in NYC, grew up in NJ and most people that take the train go to NYC? If you are, ever think about joining a gym in NYC. I know it could be expensive but if you are that worried about eating late that could help.

I'm actually working is Secaucus, NJ. I'll see if there is a gym at the office plaza, 'cause it's a pretty big place.

Is there any way to eat during your work..Like sneaking something in at your desk? Once you clock out from work, can you stay for an extra 10-15 minutes to heat up your meal for dinner? It doesn't have to be big since you're lifting an 60-90 minutes after eating.

I'd invest in some MRP's since it'll be too much of a hastle for you.
