Default New Pr!!!!

Hey guys just an update. I just got done doing 405 for 2 solid (on my own) reps with bench press!! I beat my old record by 40 lbs!! (365) Sweet deal. I don't know if it was the fenotest or the program I'm on, but I definately proved my friends wrong by doing it all natural!!

I felt like letting everyone know because it might motivate the "all natural's" in this forum to shoot higher than you think you should!!

Thanks a lot for the support! I jumped in a time machine and went back to the beginning pages of the training forum and found this post from Wondermonkey asking if it's possible to hit 400 naturally. It's funny looking back to the beginning sometimes.
